Queen room with TV and dresser and basic amenities was ready when we arrived.

The bed covers had stains and my air conditioner was blasting dirt instead of cool air, how charming! I certainly expected a room upgrade for the inconveniences I endured. It's shocking that this hotel thinks it's acceptable to neglect cleanliness yet still lure people in. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The pool was warm and inviting. The check-in process was quick. The room had two queen beds, perfect for my family. I appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions 😊

Devils Lake is a foodie paradise, especially the local gems like Pizza Ranch for some amazing pizza and Hardee's for that classic fast-food fix. Our room was comfy, and we loved that there was a nice area behind the motel to walk our pups. The hot tub was a cherry on top to soothe our tired muscles after a long drive.
